The granted orders in its favour as Receiver\/Manager of Integrated Energy Distribution and Marketing (IEDM) Limited, IBEDC\u2019s core investor, over default in Loan Service Agreement.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But according to reports, February 2023, there has been a recent court injunction to restrain AMCOM from selling IBEDC and to act as the manager. As reported by Premium Times<em> &#8220;The counsel to the applicants, Dele Adesina, had in November 2022 lamented AMCON\u2019s ploy to dispose of IBEDC despite what he described as the issue for determination or subject matter of settlement initiated by both parties. He lamented the attempt by the plaintiff to shut the door of justice against the defendants as it was being attempted in this instance.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IBEDC has also introduced an online payment platform to make it simpler for customers to pay their electricity bills. The IBEDC payment on the go is available on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/servpay.ng\/portal?feature=electricity#service\">servpay.ng<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IBEDC also offers a customer service department that is open 24\/7 to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients.
